In this section, you will find registration details and resource documents for the sports programs offered by Ignite Homeschool Sports. ALL 5 steps are required!
To register your child:
1. For ALL athletes- fill out the Universal Registration Web Form HERE.
2. Download and fill out the Ignite Sports Physical Form.
ALL completed physical forms are to be submitted by Upload Only.
Upload completed forms with a PDF or JPG file HERE.
3.Download and sign the Athlete Guidelines & Parent Guidelines Form.
4. Download and read the 2026 Ignite Homeschool Sports Handbook.
5. Complete registration payment for your sport below.
